my friend plays bass and i play guitar

and now it feels like girls have coodies again
contrating this illness just by the touch of a hand
chasing me down when im in the back seet of my parents car
i want to sit in silence and play my guitar

pretty soon im gunna have to star yelling
and t hese scream will sound less and less like singing

i don't mean to sound like a pompus ass to you
im not sure that all of this is getting through
its getting to tough to live a life of a rock star
